Job summary

Tryon Medical Partners seeks a Business Optimization Development Specialist to evaluate, improve, and implement clerical and administrative workflows across clinics and patient access centers. You will partner with operations leaders, EMR teams and staff to identify opportunities and implement practical solutions for sustained change.

Responsibilities include developing training materials, SOPs, coaching teams, and measuring post-implementation performance, with a Bachelor’s in IT or healthcare

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or healthcare preferred or equivalent experience.
Maintain continuing education activities to ensure knowledge related to all EMR software and quality programs.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, improve, and implement clerical and administrative workflows.
Identify operational opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
Develop training materials and SOPs for workflow adoption.
Provide coaching to support successful workflow adoption.
Monitor post-implementation performance and sustain changes.
Collaborate with leaders to prioritize recommendations.
Support on-site clinics during system implementations.
