Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a labor systems professional to support scheduling and staffing applications across hospitals. The role partners with hospital leaders to optimize workforce management technologies, including UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and Clinical Scheduling Extensions (CSE). Up to 20% travel is required.

The candidate will participate in implementation, training, testing, and collaboration with IT and vendors to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university.
• Minimum of five years of experience in hospital staffing, scheduling, and labor analytics.
• Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and CSE or similar enterprise scheduling systems.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder relationship management.
• Experience with system implementation, training and change management.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and optimization of scheduling and staffing tools.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve staffing efficiency and productivity.
• Provide training, testing, and user support for workforce management applications.
• Partner with IT and vendor teams to improve system usability.
• Travel up to 20%.
