Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users. You will shape the user experience as staff transition to Epic and help save lives, from designing training materials to delivering scenarios.

Expect to work with tight-knit teams, develop workflow-based content, and collaborate with organizations to tailor training. This role involves travel and relocation to Madison, WI, with comprehensive relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater in any field; teaching or performance background preferred.
• Experience in education, training, or facilitating learning sessions.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days with short trips.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users.
• Develop training materials, scenarios, and instructional design for Epic software.
• Collaborate with client organizations to tailor training and workflows.
