Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users. You will shape the training experience as staff transition to Epic, develop materials, and deliver scenarios from start to finish.

You'll work in tight-knit teams to design training content, collaborate with client organizations, and contribute to projects improving the software's intuitiveness. Relocation to the Madison area is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Experience in education, teaching, or performance preferred.
• Strong track record of successful training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users.
• Develop training materials and scenarios from instructional design to delivery.
