Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer based on our campus in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance. You will lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses and healthcare users, and be the first contact for staff as they transition to Epic and start saving lives.

You will design training from start to finish, develop materials and training scenarios, and work with organizations to tailor content. Travel to client sites is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with 2–4 day trips typical.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users.
• Develop training materials and scenarios and deliver them to staff.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and improve Epic software usability.
