Job summary

Epic is hiring a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, including Epic staff, at our Madison, WI campus with relocation assistance. You will design training materials and scenarios, and collaborate across teams to create workflow-based content, delivering sessions to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher (any major).
Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days; typical month includes 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users.
Design instructional content and develop training materials and scenarios for delivery.
Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and to support organizational training initiatives.
Deliver training and participate in projects to make Epic software more intuitive.
