Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff, guiding their transition to Epic and improving patient care. The role is based on our campus near Madison, WI, with relocation assistance.

You will design instructional materials and training scenarios, work with teams to create workflow-based content, and collaborate with organizations to tailor training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience in education, training, or performance roles preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, including multi-day trips.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area required; relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users.
• Develop training materials and scenarios to accompany classes and courses.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content for Epic software.
• Partner with client organizations to tailor training programs to their needs.
