Job summary

Role includes travel 25-60% of working days, relocation assistance, and the opportunity to shape user experiences while contributing to life-saving software improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• History of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with typical month 1–2 trips lasting 2–4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users.
• Be the first point of contact for staff and users; shape their experience with Epic during transition.
• Design and develop training materials and scenarios to be delivered.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and assist organizations with training.
• Participate in projects to improve Epic software usability.
