Job summary

Epic seeks a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, plus our own staff, on its Madison, WI campus. The role includes instructional design and developing training materials to support a smooth transition to Epic.

You will collaborate with teams to create workflow-based content, travel as needed, and help organizations adopt our software. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users.
• Develop training materials and scenarios; participate in instructional design from start to finish.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and assist organizations adopting Epic.
