Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses and healthcare staff. You’ll shape the user experience during transition to Epic and help staff save lives with effective instruction.

You will design training materials and scenarios, and work with teams on workflow-based content. Based on our Madison, WI campus, relocation assistance is provided; travel 25-60% of working days with typical 2–4 day trips.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required or implied.
• Experience in education, teaching, or performance is preferred.
• Experience delivering training to diverse healthcare teams is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses and healthcare users.
• Design and develop training materials and scenarios for rollout.
• Collaborate with teams to create workflow-based training content.
• Travel to client sites and contribute to projects improving Epic usability.
