Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, in addition to our own staff. You will be the first point of contact for many staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and helping them save lives.

From instructional design to the development of training materials and scenarios you will deliver, and collaboration with teams to design workflow-based training content, you will work with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses and healthcare staff.
• Serve as the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their Epic experience.
• Design and develop training materials, scenarios, and instructional content.
• Collaborate with teams to create workflow-based training and client-specific programs.
