Job summary

Epic seeks a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff as they transition to Epic. You will shape the user experience and oversee instructional design, creating training materials and scenarios from start to finish.

Collaborating with tight-knit teams, you’ll design workflow-based content, work with organizations to tailor training, and contribute to projects to make our software more intuitive. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required; teaching or performance experience preferred.
Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days; typical month includes 1-2 trips.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area reimbursed.
COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff.
Be the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their Epic transition experience.
Handle instructional design and create training materials and scenarios to be delivered.
Design workflow-based training content and collaborate with organizations to develop their training.
Contribute to projects to make Epic software more intuitive.
