Job summary

Epic is hiring a Trainer based on our campus near Madison, Wisconsin, with relocation assistance provided. You will lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic.

You’ll design training materials and scenarios, deliver sessions, and work with teams to create workflow-based content while supporting customer organizations during implementation.

Qualifications

• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• A history of academic and professional success.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users.
• Design training materials and scenarios and deliver training from start to finish.
• Collaborate with teams to create workflow-based training content and develop external training with partner organizations.
