Epic is seeking a Trainer based near our Madison, WI campus with relocation assistance. You will lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic.

You’ll design training from start to finish, develop materials and scenarios, and work in tight-knit teams to create workflow-based content and organizational training. Beyond classroom delivery, you’ll contribute to projects to improve software usability and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or greater required or preferred.
• Prior education, teaching or performance experience preferred.
• History of academic and professional success.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users and staff.
• Develop training materials and scenarios and deliver instructional design.
