Job summary

Epic seeks a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff, guiding them through Epic systems and workflows. You will shape the training experience from design to delivery.

You will develop training materials, work closely with teams, and travel 25-60% with relocation assistance provided. This role combines instruction, content creation, and hands-on clinical workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• A history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with a typical month including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users.
• Develop training materials and scenarios from instructional design.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content for Epic users.
• Assist staff in transitioning to Epic and improving user experience.
