Apria Healthcare in the United States is seeking a Sales Executive I to drive sales across the assigned territory. You will work with branch staff and the General Manager to develop strategies that increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and boost profitability.

This role emphasizes building referral networks and educating partners on product use. The position requires a college degree or relevant experience, plus 1–3 years in external sales.

Formación

• College degree or relevant job experience required.
• 1–3 years of experience in selling services or commodity products with demonstrated success.
• External sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily sales calls to establish new and maintain referrals.
• Create and maintain call plans to grow referrals.
• Enter call plan and outcomes into the CRM system.
• Use reports to identify referral targets.
• Review territory call plan with Market VP to hit goals.
• Educate referral sources on Apria products and services.
• Resolve and follow up on customer concerns.
• Collaborate with branch management and other functions to drive sales.
• Communicate Medicare guidelines around private insurance procedures, pricing information, and product information.
• Maintain accurate records on prospective and active accounts for billing and reimbursement.
• Ensure billing documentation is complete and accurate.
• Perform other duties as required.
