The role emphasizes proactive risk management, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple deployments across healthcare organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management for software deployment in a B2B context.
• Healthcare technology sector experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records (Epic valued).
• Familiarity with privacy and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients as main liaison and ensure successful implementations.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute detailed project plans with cross-functional teams.
• Guide projects through initiation, setup, testing, training, launch and post-launch support.
• Identify and manage risks, crafting contingency plans.
• Communicate status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders clearly and timely.
• Drive progress with clients and internal teams to meet objectives.
• Work with support to improve processes and tools, scaling with growth.
• Help develop scalable processes to support multiple concurrent projects.
