Job summary
Elsevier Health is seeking a Product Implementation Manager to lead the deployment, configuration, and go-live of healthcare software solutions for health systems and providers. You will ensure solutions meet technical, business, and clinical requirements while driving adoption and value realization.
You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into actionable plans, configure integrations, and manage risks to deliver measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare software implementation, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or technical project delivery.
- Experience implementing enterprise software in healthcare provider environments.
- Knowledge of HL7 v2, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, REST, and security frameworks.
- Experience working with customer IT, interoperability teams.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with major EHR ecosystems preferred.
- Experience with integration engines is helpful.
- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, HIPAA compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation, configuration, deployment, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support for Elsevier healthcare software solutions.
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot integrations with customer healthcare systems, EHR platforms, FHIR APIs, SMART on FHIR applications, REST integrations, and HL7 v2 interfaces.
- Translate customer business, clinical, and technical requirements into implementation plans, workflows, solution configurations, and readiness activities.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customer IT, clinical informatics, interoperability, and operational stakeholders throughout implementation.
- Partner with Project Management, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to manage risks, resolve issues, improve processes, and drive successful adoption.
