Job summary

Commure is hiring an Implementation Manager to own deployments end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live and post-launch optimization. You will scope customer workflows, translate requirements into engineering specs, and serve as the primary contact for customers while coordinating with product and engineering to remove blockers.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in implementation, operations, consulting or customer-facing roles.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations.
• Highly detail-oriented with ownership and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Scope workflows, requirements, and success criteria.
• Translate requirements into clear implementation plans for engineering.
• Serve as primary point of contact throughout deployment.
• Set expectations, timelines, risks, blockers, and status updates.
• Coordinate with engineering and product to prioritize issues and requests.
• Track workflow changes and ensure agent configurations stay aligned with operations.
• Plan UAT, QA, and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate internal QA and validate fixes before customer testing.
• Monitor launch performance and drive rapid resolution.
• Drive post-launch optimization based on feedback and data.
• Maintain implementation playbooks and trackers.
• Manage multiple implementations concurrently with stakeholder alignment.
