Job summary

PatientPoint is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end installation and product implementation for new customers, coordinating between Sales, Field Technicians, and Clients to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service.

You will oversee strategic rollout direction, manage project milestones across healthcare facilities, and ensure high-quality, scalable deployments with ERP coordination and field supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale system rollouts and cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end deployments across multiple sites.
• Track record of guiding client relationships from pre-installation to go-live support.
• Strong skills in setting expectations and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end installation and product implementation for new customers.
