Job summary

Shift Technology seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the deployment of AI SaaS solutions for US healthcare clients. You will serve as the bridge between technical teams and client stakeholders, guiding projects from scoping through long-term success.

A hybrid role requires in-office presence about two days per week. The role emphasizes risk management, clear communication, and delivering measurable value while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, consulting, or a related environment.
• Experience working with US health plans and health plan stakeholders.
• Experience managing healthcare technology implementations with complex data, integrations, workflows, and multiple internal and client stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of healthcare claims data and payer operational processes.
• PMP or comparable nationally recognized project management certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of Shift AI solutions for US healthcare clients.
• Act as the cornerstone between technical teams and client stakeholders.
• Manage project milestones and risks to ensure delivery stays on track.
• Translate technical and healthcare requirements into clear language for stakeholders.
• Drive measurable value and successful transition to ongoing operations.
