Job summary

Artisight is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and Technical Delivery teams across healthcare engagements and our VAR and professional services business. You’ll keep projects documented and on track from initiation through closeout, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, vendors, client stakeholders, and site contacts.

This isn’t a hands-on engineering role, but you’ll learn new technologies and delivery processes quickly.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/services or business.
• 1+ year experience coordinating IT deployments or professional services.
• Comfort with project documentation and technical terminology.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies, controls, risk and change management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support projects end to end from initiation to closeout.
• Assist in creating plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage onboarding requirements and site access approvals.
• Coordinate meetings, site activities, and logistics in healthcare environments.
• Maintain RAID logs, action items, and change docs.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and status updates for stakeholders.
