Job summary

Raydar is seeking a customer success professional to guide users through onboarding, training and ongoing engagement for our healthcare technology product in San Francisco. You will be the main day-to-day contact and keep the success function running smoothly.

You will also build training materials, monitor user engagement, and capture insights for product changes and CS strategy. Hybrid work in San Francisco is available.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of experience in a related role.
• Experience at a small, rapidly expanding company.
• Hands-on daily operations with customers.
• Comfort with CRM, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools.
• Fast learner with strong analytical attention to detail.
• Warm, friendly demeanor and customer issue resolution skills.
• Genuine motivation to work in healthcare.
• Willing to work in a hybrid role in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main day-to-day contact for users through onboarding and training.
• Maintain records, schedule meetings, and manage hand-offs.
• Create and update training guides and learning resources.
• Track user engagement, identify trends, and report findings.
• Collect user feedback to inform product changes and customer success strategy.
