Job summary

Raydar is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of customer projects in San Francisco, covering system design, rollout and ongoing tuning, while working directly with clients on technical problems.

You will learn the platform deeply, configure it for new use cases, build small tools to speed workflows, and hold regular calls with stakeholders to deepen adoption and feed insights to product leadership, ensuring reliability and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with direct client interaction.
• Strong communication and B2B relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript; data-driven design.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience; fast growth background.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer projects from design to rollout and tuning.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and operational teams to translate needs into technical plans.
• Learn the platform deeply, configure it for new use cases, and build small tools to speed workflows.
• Hold regular calls with end users and decision-makers to deepen adoption and unlock new use cases.
• Share patterns from customer work with product leadership to shape the roadmap.
• Provide hands-on support to keep the product reliable.
