Vitae Health Systems is seeking a driven Talent Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for clinical and corporate teams. You’ll source, engage, interview, and place candidates from Nurse Practitioners to corporate roles, building a strong talent pipeline.

This hybrid role requires on-site work at our Park Ridge, IL office at least once a week, with some remote work options. A Bachelor’s degree and healthcare recruitment experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles.
• Strong sourcing skills to engage passive candidates.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Sourcing.
• Healthcare industry recruiting experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and corporate requisitions.
• Source and engage passive candidates.
• Recruit across Nurse Practitioners, Psychotherapists, Podiatrists, and Corporate roles.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline and align sourcing with hiring priorities.
• Guide candidates through interview and offer process and onboarding.
• Track recruiting metrics and report on time-to-fill and pipeline health.
