Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst to optimize the use of our EMR and related clinical information systems. You will work closely with clinicians and IS peers to understand objectives, streamline workflows, and provide practical operational guidance.

Responsibilities include training staff, supporting EMR usage, and resolving system and workflow issues to improve patient care and documentation accuracy. A Florida-licensed RN with Cerner experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum of one year information services or super-user experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure EMR and clinical information systems are utilized efficiently.
• Provide training and technical support for EMR and workflows.
• Troubleshoot EMR issues including software, hardware and workflow challenges.
