Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve clinical workflows and operational processes
• Gather requirements from clinicians, department leaders, and business users
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot healthcare applications (Meditech, Epic, Athena, Cerner, PACS)
• Serve as liaison between end users, IT, and software vendors
• Investigate system issues and coordinate resolutions
• Create reports, dashboards, and data extracts (SQL, Power BI, Excel)
• Manage system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects
• Develop and deliver user training
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, cybersecurity, and healthcare regulations
• Document workflows, system configurations, and support procedures
