Job summary

Responsibilities
- Maintain EMR support and maximize uptime with IT team and vendors.
- Review and modify configurations to support hospital EMR after approvals.
- Provide end-user training and develop training materials as needed.
- Create reports to meet regulatory mandates.
- Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported issues.
