Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or applicable experience.
• 4 years’ experience with support software applications; experience in a Healthcare setting preferred.
• 4 years’ experience in software development/engineering, data analysis, scripting.
• Project management of small projects – less than 3 month duration.

Responsibilities

• Performs user group facilitation; includes meeting preparation, facilitation, feedback, request prioritization and status updates.
• Proposes system solutions addressing business problems and educates the user group on options, pros/cons, and timelines.
• Ensures application changes follow change control measures for quality and to prevent issues.
• Serves as the single communication conduit to MIS vendors and user community for changes to the application.
• Identifies gaps between user needs and MIS resources to support resource allocation decisions.
• Resolves technical issues to assigned applications in a timely and appropriate manner based on complexity and priority.
• Manages projects to defined timeline and budget using standard project tools.
• Mentors team members and users in area of expertise.
