Job summary

The City of Baltimore, through its Bureau of Accounting & Payroll Services, seeks a Principal Program Assessment Analyst specializing in Workday Financial Data Management to support payroll and financial operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Seven years of experience in administrative or professional work.
• Certification in Workday Time Financial Management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement solutions for Grant, Projects and Financial Accounting workstreams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, creating and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Recommend, test, and document system enhancements using best practices to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Ensure thorough testing of system changes, including scenario development and validation.
• Collaborate with Accounting Managers, Grants Management and other functional leads for system changes and enhancements.
