Job description

Duration: 3 months with a strong possibility of extension

Schedule: Days Shift

Pay Range: $44 - $48/Hour

Duties:

• Analyze, design, implement, deploy, and support ERP solutions while leading configuration within HCM, Finance, or Supply Chain workstreams.
• Develop system configurations, reports, dashboards, testing plans, and end-user training while providing technical and functional expertise to project teams.
• Evaluate business processes, recommend technology improvements, perform data reconciliations, and ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on time.
• Lead system testing, manage ERP upgrades and releases, troubleshoot integration issues, and provide post-go-live and tier-2 support.

Skills:

• Strong analytical abilities with deep understanding of ERP workstreams and capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in process improvement, project implementation, and managing multiple concurrent priorities.
• Ability to communicate risks, collaborate with stakeholders, and support change management initiatives.
• Preferred knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, or Supply Chain in a healthcare environment and familiarity with Workday implementation methodology.

Working Conditions:

• Office environment with periods of high workload, frequent interruptions, and occasional high-stress situations.
• Role may require prioritizing tasks across multiple projects while maintaining system reliability and user support.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
