Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Support Representative to help members navigate their healthcare journey and resolve benefits, claims, and provider questions. A strong emphasis on empathy and clear guidance will drive an exceptional member experience.

The role includes a 7-week paid training program (9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday). After training, the regular schedule runs Monday–Friday from 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, with Beacon Hill committed to equal opportunity employment and

Qualifications

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service.
Ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism and empathy.
Customer service, healthcare, insurance, or call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist members with healthcare benefits, claims, coverage, and provider-related inquiries
Provide guidance and support through complex healthcare situations
Identify opportunities to reduce healthcare costs and improve access to care
Advocate for members and help coordinate services to meet their needs
Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and improve the member experience
Deliver outstanding customer service with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
