We're partnering with a healthcare organization seeking a dedicated Support Representative to help members confidently navigate their healthcare journey. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.

As a Support Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for members, assisting with benefits, claims, provider selection, and healthcare-related questions. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience by providing clear guidance, identifying cost‑saving opportunities, coordinating care needs, and collaborating with internal teams to improve access to services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members with healthcare benefits, claims, coverage, and provider‑related inquiries
• Provide guidance and support through complex healthcare situations
