Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking empathetic Call Center Support Representatives in Dublin, OH for a contract-to-hire onsite role. You will assist members with healthcare benefits, claims, authorizations, and provider services, delivering compassionate service.

After a 7-week paid training, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain options, verify coverage, and guide members through the care journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College coursework or degree preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong empathy and the ability to build trust with customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for members by handling inbound and outbound calls related to coverage, benefits, claims, and authorization requests.
• Guide members through complex healthcare situations by listening carefully and providing clear options.
• Research and resolve member concerns by coordinating with providers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Assist with understanding medical costs and verifying coverage for services and procedures.
• Support the authorization process with status updates and proper documentation.
• Document interactions and follow-ups across multiple systems and applications.
