Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Care Team Specialist to join our team in Houston. You will deliver exceptional service to healthcare professionals, supporting onboarding, payroll, benefits, and portal navigation.

You'll engage via calls, chats, emails, and social media, educate professionals on processes, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. This role emphasizes relationship-building and a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; BS/BA degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to evolving situations; ability to handle multiple channels.
• Pleasant yet direct demeanor on the telephone.

Responsabilités

• Enhance candidate experience by suggesting improvements and new processes.
• Assist onboarding, payroll, benefits, navigating the portal and troubleshooting tech issues.
• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound calls, chats, texts, social posts, and emails.
• Act as a social media ambassador and connect professionals with recruiters.
• Use applicant tracking system to document issues from request to resolution.
