Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL, is seeking a Strategy Program Manager to lead enterprise strategic initiatives, market analysis, and cross-functional planning.

This role partners with clinical, operational, finance, and executive teams to translate data into actionable insights and drive growth. The position focuses on developing and implementing strategic programs, supporting major initiatives like new facilities and market development, and ensuring governance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Project Management or related field; one year of education can substitute for one year of experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing programs and projects.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of management and staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Lean Six Sigma training or PMP/CAPM designations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support development, implementation and ongoing management of enterprise strategic initiatives.
• Develop market and service-line analyses, evaluate growth opportunities and model business cases.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning, prepare executive presentations and governance tools.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, finance and executive leaders to move priorities from analysis to implementation.
