The role involves coordinating resources, monitoring progress against plans and budgets, and presenting findings to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• Master’s Degree may substitute for two years of relevant work experience.
• 5 years of relevant work experience, including two years managing medium to large-sized projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple complex projects and oversees initiatives across business planning, strategic planning, financial analysis, affiliations and contracts, staffing, facilities planning and operations development.
• Coordinates resources for project completion and communicates progress to stakeholders; monitors plan and budget; adjusts plan with sponsors as needed.
• Provides guidance to senior leaders on cross-department issues and participates in strategic planning and joint initiatives with other healthcare institutions.
