Job summary

Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital is seeking a Strategy Program Manager to lead enterprise strategic initiatives, combining planning, analytics and governance. You will work with clinical, operational, finance and executive leaders to translate data into actionable plans and support major growth projects such as new facilities and service expansions.

You will develop market analyses, support business planning and create executive-level materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Project Management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing programs and projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Lean Six Sigma training, PMP or CAPM designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise strategic initiatives.
• Develop market and service-line analyses and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic planning, create executive presentations, and support growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, finance and executive leaders to move priorities from analysis to implementation.
