Job summary

Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking an experienced administrator to provide complex support for a multifaceted fundraising office. You will manage high-level projects, oversee daily operations, facilities coordination, and supply management while building automated dashboards and tracking budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Five years related administrative experience required; with one year experience in a development office preferred.
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office Suite, project management software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides complex related administrative and project support for a multifaceted fundraising office.
• Manages high-level projects both internal and external to the Foundation office.
• Oversees day-to-day office operations, facilities coordination, and supply management
• builds automated tracking dashboards, monitor summary budget variances, and audit invoice lifecycles.
• Works independently, making necessary decisions in order to move projects forward and meet deadlines.
• Supervises operational processes in all areas of the Foundation.
