Job summary

MultiCare is hiring a Staffing Coord-Workforce Specialist in Washington for a 0.6 FTE daytime role with 12-hour shifts and alternating weekends. This position manages scheduling and staff placement to meet patient care needs while optimizing labor resources under a comprehensive benefits program.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in staffing/scheduling within healthcare, familiarity with Kronos, and the ability to coordinate across teams to ensure staffing levels align with patient demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years of staffing and attendance management in a scheduling system (Kronos preferred).
• Experience in health care staffing and scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end staffing cycles from schedule creation to placement of staff.
• Fill open shifts and maintain correct staffing levels to ensure quality patient care.
