Job summary

Providence St Peter Hospital-Olympia seeks a Senior Staffing Coordinator to plan and maintain staffing for assigned units, manage attendance, and partner with leaders to adjust needs. You will apply predictive analytics to craft schedules, aiming to reduce premium pay and support Kronos accuracy across the South Puget Sound region.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or 1 year of related experience.
Experience with staffing, scheduling and/or timekeeping is required.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain staffing schedules for assigned departments/units.
Manage time and attendance for department personnel.
Partner with the Department/Unit Manager and the Administrative Supervisor to adjust staffing needs.
Use predictive staffing analytics to optimize schedules and minimize premium pay shifts.
Support Kronos data accuracy and staffing inputs for region staffing.
Staffing support for the South Puget Sound Region to staff day-to-day operations.
Help limit premium pay shifts and promote financial stewardship.
