Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of staffing and attendance management in a scheduling system.
• Health care staffing and scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end staffing cycle from schedule creation to placement of staff.
• Proactively fill open shifts and keep staffing levels aligned with patient needs.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure quality patient care and resource stewardship.
