Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a Facility Staff Scheduler at Houston Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center to manage staffing for CNAs, CMAs, LVNs, and RNs in a busy skilled nursing environment.

The role requires at least 2 years in healthcare scheduling, strong communication, and proficient computer skills; CNA or Charge Nurse experience is a plus. You will coordinate interviews, onboarding, and respond to last-minute scheduling needs, including on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of healthcare scheduling experience.
• Friendly and clear communication skills.
• Strong understanding of computer applications.
• Certified Nurse Aide or Charge Nurse experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the HRIS Scheduler to research openings in the Schedule at assigned location(s).
• If requested sit in interviews for applicants.
• Work closely with facility Human Resources Coordinator to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Must ensure that overtime is kept to a minimum.
• Reaching out to employees by phone to cover shifts if someone calls into work.
• Be on call for any last minute schedule changes.
• If CNA or Nurse may be utilized on the floor.
