Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services in Bastrop, TX is seeking a Facility Staff Scheduler to manage scheduling for CNAs, CMAs, LVNs, and RNs at Bastrop Lost Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. This role partners with facility HR to ensure smooth onboarding, minimizes overtime, and covers shifts by phone as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong scheduling experience in healthcare, excellent communication, and solid computer skills, with CNA or Charge Nurse background preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of healthcare scheduling experience
• Friendly and clear communication skills
• Strong understanding of computer applications
• Certified Nurse Aide or Charge Nurse experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Use the HRIS Scheduler to research openings at the assigned location(s)
• If requested, sit in interviews for applicants
• Work with facility HR Coordinator to ensure smooth onboarding
• Keep overtime to a minimum
• Reach out to employees by phone to cover shifts
• Be on call for last-minute schedule changes
• C.N.A. or Nurse may be utilized on the floor as needed
