Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services at Towers Nursing Home in Smithville, TX is seeking a Facility Staff Scheduler for full-time onsite duties. The role manages scheduling for CNAs, CMAs, LVNs, and RNs, coordinating with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and minimizing overtime.

Candidate should have healthcare scheduling experience and strong computer skills; CNA or Charge Nurse experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of healthcare scheduling experience.
• Friendly and clear communication skills.
• Strong understanding of computer applications.
• Certified Nurse Aide or Charge Nurse experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the HRIS Scheduler to research openings in the Schedule at assigned location(s).
• If requested sit in interviews for applicants.
• Work closely with facility Human Resources Coordinator to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Must ensure that overtime is kept to a minimum.
• Reaching out to employees by phone to cover shifts if someone calls into work.
• Be on call for any last minute schedule changes.
• If C.N.A. or Nurse may be utilized on the floor.
