Serene Nursing Services is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth across Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and Hospitals in the Washington area. You will generate leads, nurture relationships, and secure new management contracts while upholding high ethical and professional standards.

The role requires 2+ years in healthcare sales and strong presentation skills, with travel within the territory to meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science, with at least 2 years healthcare sales experience.
• Healthcare sales in SNFs, DME, ortho, cardio, etc., or clinical liaison experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and to sales meetings.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all client growth and onboarding.
• Market Serene Nursing services to Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities and Hospitals.
• Generate leads, contact prospective clients, present company services and secure new management contracts.
• Relate to all people with a customer-first attitude and maintain professional ethics and execution.
• Develop and execute growth plans to increase the Serene Nursing Service portfolio of healthcare staffing.
• Use CRM to document, monitor, analyze and manage activity against quarterly targets.
