Griswold Home Care is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to expand referral partnerships and grow our presence in the communities we serve. This field-based role focuses on relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, SNFs, and senior care providers to help seniors remain independent at home.

You will develop new business opportunities, represent Griswold at events, and drive territory growth through outside visits and presentations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Business Development, B2B Sales, Healthcare Sales, Outside Sales, Account Management, Community Outreach, Relationship Management, Senior Services.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, SNFs, assisted living and senior living communities, physicians and geriatric care providers, case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and senior resource organizations.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the territory.
• Build strategic partnerships to increase awareness of Griswold Home Care services.
• Represent the company at networking events, community functions, health fairs, and industry meetings.
• Execute a territory growth strategy to increase referrals and client inquiries; conduct outside sales visits and in-person presentations.
