Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare business development, partnerships, or consultative sales.
• Experience selling into skilled nursing, senior living, post-acute, or healthcare services.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort operating independently with regional ownership.
• Ability and desire to travel to local partner communities (~25% overnight travel).

• Own and grow a regional pipeline of skilled nursing and senior living partnerships.
• Build trusted relationships with executive, operational, and clinical decision-makers.
• Lead partnership discussions from first conversation through execution and launch.
• Clearly articulate Curana Health’s value-based care and clinical services model.
• Collaborate with internal clinical, operations, and contracting teams.
• Represent Curana Health at regional industry events and networking forums.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM tools.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for partners in your market.
