Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related HR recruiting or staffing coordination experience.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with HRIS software.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with good decision-making.
• Experience writing job listings and shortlisting candidates.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Public speaking and training using interactive media.

Responsibilities

• Implement staffing coordination and recruiting strategy.
• Source passive candidates via ATS, job fairs, social media.
• Conduct initial interviews and assist with New Hire paperwork.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Screen resumes and applications.
• Meet weekly with the Case Management Supervisor to align staffing needs.
• Maintain employee records and confidentiality.
• Assist with organizational public relations and onboarding.
