Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR roles.
• Healthcare or nursing home recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming applications for open positions across multiple healthcare facilities.
• Screen applicants to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position.
• Contact qualified candidates by phone to conduct initial screenings and discuss job opportunities.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview times and communicate scheduling details to candidates and facility leadership.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain engagement and minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and application statuses in the applicant tracking system.
• Monitor open positions and prioritize applicants based on hiring needs and urgency.
• Communicate with facility administrators, department heads, and hiring managers regarding candidate availability and recruitment progress.
